7. Monique Jones

Easily one of the most overlooked female bodybuilders on this list, Monique Jones is proving to be a real threat for the newly returned Ms. Olympia throne. More popularity will surely be heading her way soon.

In the decade that she has been a pro, Monique has never been far from the elite ranks. She proved herself to still be a legitimate challenge too, placing sixth at the 2020 Ms. Olympia.

6. Helle Trevino

Two-time winner of the Rising Phoenix, Helle Trevino did a lot to carry women’s Open competition in the absence of the Ms. Olympia. In that time she has proven herself a more than capable ambassador for the sport.

Trevino has a ton of respect within the community, and it is not hard to understand why. She is a humble and gracious competitor, and has done a great job embodying what it means to be champion.

1. Andrea Shaw

Out of all of the female bodybuilders we have talked about today, few have the type of superstar potential that Andrea Shaw has. Now that she is touting both the Rising Phoenix and Ms. Olympia titles, the future is bright.

Shaw blew the doors off of the competition in the return of the Ms. Olympia competition. Along the way she beat out several other athletes with far more experience than she, staying graceful the entire time.
